On June 9 and 10, see working harvesting equipment in the woods and in the field. More than 100 high-quality indoor and outdoor exhibitors will be at the Ag Progress Days site in Rock Springs, PA – focusing on forest products harvesting, land clearing, and biomass marketing.

Demonstrations will include in-the-woods demos of harvesting via feller-buncher with cut to length heads, forwarders, and log skidders, horizontal grinders and chippers, and wheel loaders. Active ride equipment on many sites, including a ride and drive area, and sawmill equipment displays.

A lumberjacking demo from by the Penn State Woodsmen Team will allow attendees to participate in ax throwing and see other demonstrations.

On Friday, there will be a Log-a-Load for Kids, Pennsylvania Forest Products Association Truck Parade from State College to the show site.

Saturday will highlight the Game of Logging National Finals for Landowner and Pro Logger Division.

On Friday, the Expo is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The show will also include the timber and logging exhibits at the Pasto Agricultural Museum, with the new displays and exhibits and a demonstration of making charcoal.

Friday and Saturday will feature woodland management tours, thinning, and sustaining woodlands.

There will also be PA Sustainable Forestry Initiative Education Courses on Friday and Saturday (registration for the PA SFI credit requires a $20 administrative fee).
