Master's student Cody Fink successfully defended his thesis entitled: Dynamic soil property change in response to natural gas development in Pennsylvania.

For the last 2.5 years Cody Fink has been working hard on clarifying how landscape disturbance due to conventional and unconventional gas results in differences in soil physical, chemical and hydrologic properties. Cody passed his defense last month and now works in New Jersey as a soil scientist. While at PSU Cody was an Assistant Coach for the Penn State Soil Judging Team and developed a a passion for fly-fishing. Well done Cody and good luck!
