Membership in the Forest Resources Alumni Group is open to all graduates of the School of Forest Resources (including graduates of intercollege graduate programs who were advised by our faculty), to all graduates of the newly formed Department of Ecosystem Science and Management. and to friends with a special interest in our programs. Membership in the Penn State Alumni Association is not required.

No membership dues are charged. The alumni group relies on contributions to support alumni activities. As of January 2017, Forest Resources Alumni Group membership includes 5,144 alumni. An additional 221 alumni are inactive (that is, no current address is known) and an additional 1,960 alumni are deceased.

A Forest School patch collection, framed by alumnus Glenn Haney ’51, now hangs in the Edwards Student Center on the first floor of the Forest Resources Building at Penn State University Park.
