Forest Landowners Conferences

Held every two years, our Forest Landowners Conference focuses on the conservation and management of healthy forests with the intent of bringing together people who want to demonstrate a commitment to forest sustainability.

The 3rd Biennial Forest Landowners Conference, the region’s foremost gathering of woodland owners, forest practitioners, and others interested in woodlands and the wildlife that use them.

On March 20 & 21, 2015, the Center hosted the 2nd Private Forest Landowner Conference: The Future of Penn’s Woods. It was a huge success. We had over 440 participants and 45 exhibitors. This response demonstrates that people care about Pennsylvania’s forests.

On May 10 and 11, 2013 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, nearly 500 of Pennsylvania’s forest landowners, resource professionals and service providers converged to share a learning experience unprecedented in the state.
