Forest Landowners Conferences

Held every two years, our Forest Landowners Conference focuses on the conservation and management of healthy forests with the intent of bringing together people who want to demonstrate a commitment to forest sustainability.

The 4th Biennial Forest Landowners Conference, Working Your Woods for Today and Tomorrow was held on March 22-23, 2019, at the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel. Over 600 landowners and professionals gathered together for two days of networking and learning how to care for Pennsylvania's Woods.

The 3rd Biennial Forest Landowners Conference, Enriching Woodland Values, was held on March 24-25, 2017. There were over 600 attendees who left with the resources and knowledge of how to better care for their woods.

On March 20 & 21, 2015, the Center hosted the 2nd Private Forest Landowner Conference: The Future of Penn’s Woods. It was a huge success. We had over 440 participants and 45 exhibitors. This response demonstrates that people care about Pennsylvania’s forests.

On May 10 and 11, 2013 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, nearly 500 of Pennsylvania’s forest landowners, resource professionals and service providers converged to share a learning experience unprecedented in the state.
