Each link has everything you could want to know about these projects. There are many tabs on the left of each page that will give you items such as yearly minutes, reports, publications lists, etc.
When first started, there was only one project number, NE-140. At some point, the project system implemented a rule whereby these regional projects had a specified life span. At that point, the projects would be "completed", but they could apply for a new project. Thus, there have been three more incarnations of what is essentially the same project. Hopefully, there will be many more!
NE140 was the first project number. That project lasted from 1982 to 2003. Minutes for almost all meetings dating back to 1982 may be found by clicking the "Meetings and Minutes" link below.
